All interest-bearing First
Mountain Bank checking accounts are variable interest rate
accounts. The interest rate and annual percentage yield
may change on your account monthly, subject to First Mountain
Bank discretion. Interest is compounded and credited monthly.
There is no minimum daily balance required on Basic Checking
to earn interest. You must maintain a minimum daily balance
of $2,000 to earn interest on the account referred to as
Interest Checking. Premium Checking earns interest based
upon the tier of the balance each day during the month.
|
| |
3. |
The average daily balance
is calculated by adding the principal in the account for
each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number
of days in the statement cycle period. |
| |
4. |
If you own a Regular Checking
and Regular Savings account that have a combined average
daily balance of $2,000 or more per month, the Regular Checking
$9.00/month service charge will be waived. |
| |
5. |
First Mountain Bank does not
charge for transactions using our ATMs. Operators of point-of-sale
terminals or other ATMs not owned by First Mountain Bank
may charge additional fees. There is a 25¢ charge for
each debit and check item on the Basic Checking account. |
